All the while the real Big Brother, Google, gets surprisingly little scrutiny from the American press.
Well a huge part of that reason is Google responded fairly quickly when ask and kept a smaller file.
On the other hand Apple stayed complete silent hoping it would blow over, kept a larger file and refused to respond until it got pretty out of hand. Now they got caught and press kept on them.
Google kept the press off by responding early on with their reasons and that made them happy. Apple was silent.

I have a black apple pro mouse. Works fine. Just don't use it. Other than some dust, it looks and performs like new. Price is $10 shipped. I'll even dust it off for you.

Seriously, the iOS maps app is so unreliable. Sometimes it's super fast and sometimes (i.e. whenever I really need it quickly) it lags so bad, doesn't load maps or traffic info, takes forever to get directions, etc, and basically makes me want to throw my iPhone out the window. The maps app needs a serious reliability overhaul.
Also, what is so bad about the iOS notification system? I just hit "Close" if I don't care about a notification at that time.

My gf currently has a 4th gen 8gig iPod which is completely full so we wanna buy her a 32gig
The question is that she has a game called smurf village in which she doesn't wanna restart over
So if we backup the iPod 8gig and then restore the backup on the 32gig will she get ak her saved game or will she need to start over???

The thing I find funny is that about 90% of the people who were anxiously waiting for or desire the white iPhone are just going to stick it in a case anyway.

Hi my name is Pat. I go t college and I use this ihome model IP9BR for my ipod touch about 90% of the time it wakes me up when I need to get to practice and the other 10% it just doesnt wake me up. :mad: I have it set on the Ihome playlist and it is really making me mad when it doesnt wake me up. Is this normal?

I don't like the idea. The moment they start chipping away at devices, it'll set a bad precedent for future negotiations. It'll be hard to get back those rights. Apple, hold strong!! :)
As much as I don't like the idea of limiting the amount of devices that can play content purchased from the iTunes Store, I think that Apple might eventually have to come to a middleground with the other movie studios. Apple did have to come into some sort of agreement when the made the deal with Disney, so I think that they will do the same with the other studios.
Personally, I would not have too much of a problem if content were limited to 5 computers and 5 iPods.
I can understand what the studios are doing. Hell, I know it well because of the fact that I work in the movie industry. I can say first-hand that everything is about business and money first, artistic expression second.

I know a lot of people have been looking for a tweak that can delete all mail in one tap rather individually.

Don't you guys realize that the reason all these half credible sources are saying all this wishy washy stuff is because Apple is keeping this launch under tighter wraps than any other after what happened with the iPhone 4. Regardless of what they do, we all know it will be phenomenal and ground breaking, but I seriously doubt anyone will get a sneak peak any time soon.

Well, it would have been nice but my company (delivers packages, owns Memphis) switched to Exchange about a year ago, mostly because Notes was too damned expensive. Oh well.
