I recently installed Bootcamp. I split up my hard drive in half. I have now decided I don't want to do it anymore. How do i reverse it back to normal so I get my full memory back?

You might think my comment was stupid, or perhaps ludicrous, but please explain to me what about it was ignorant?
Not sure what's "ignorant" about it. My wife is so excited. She can't wait. Why wouldn't people think the white iPhone would appeal to women?

"Just wait for the Verizon iPhone 4 numbers!"
"Just wait for the White iPhone 4 numbers!"
"Just wait for the iPhone 4S numbers!"
"Just wait for the iPhone 5 numbers!"
I'm starting to see a pattern.
Exactly LOL

I'm guessing you'll see the same form factor - similar to the 3G to the 3GS.
Updates will likely be limited to:
A5 Chip
64Gb
Higher Resolution Camera
GSM/CDMA in the same device
I can already hear Jobs, "It's a dual-core processor, IN A PHONE!". This is all speculation of course, but the updates are only going to be incremental.
There's no reason for design specs or sizes to leak out, because Apple doesn't need to share them with any case makers or partners - it will be the same size as the iPhone 4. So, you won't hear about it until it's announced at WWDC (I don't believe the hype that it's been moved - thats just paranoid). We're likely to hear about iOS 5 this month or next.
Apple needs to release something for the Summer Quarter (I don't know when their fiscal begins) for shareholders. If not, % growth in stocks will be down year over year for the quarter.
Not that it matters to me. I only update once every 2 years and I have an iPhone 4 :)

Have people maybe stoped to think, that we may not get a new model this year? That the reason they are putting out the white model now, is to cover the fact we won't see a update till next year?
It could mean that the iPhone 5 will keep the same form factor as the iPhone 4. If it dose they can easily use the white outer shells they are now making for the iPhone 4 in the iPhone 5.

If I hold a business licence is it ok to offer repair services on craigslist? I am not certified by Apple to do so. Can I get in any legal trouble for this or is it simply that Apple will no longer warranty the product?
Yes. You can't get in any legal trouble, but it will void warranty.

We can hope!
I wonder if there will be a critical point where enough states get rid of it so the rest follow?

UPDATE: Spoke to ATT: If I add the unlimited M2M then I lose my Corporate discount...
This does not sound right. I do not see any reason that you would lose your corporate discount for changing to a new feature. You may not get a discount on that feature but you regular rate plan should still receive the discount.

Hoping for a "One more thing..." media event in the next couple weeks to talk about the rest of the stuff Jobs ran out of time for.
Same here.. I really hope this happens sometime; however, I wish that it had been turned around and the Macworld keynote focused on everything else and the special event was "oh yeah, here's this awesome new phone that this event is dedicated to"
Making their computer-side come across as a second thought to the consumer electronics now is kind of disconcerting.

Occam's Razor (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Occam%27s_Razor) does dictate that the explanation Apple has offered up is the most likely. Unlike what some other blogs have been claiming (:cough: Gizmodo :cough: ) it's unlikely that Apple meant to leave an unencrypted tracking database available on each phone.
Further, I examined a map of my iPhone's database and there were some unexplained blobs. Unexplained that is until I read Apple's description, and then it all fit. I flew through Atlanta 4 times in the past year, spending a total of a couple of hours there. My mapped blobs on Atlanta were much larger than the entire weeks I spent in Montana and Wyoming. The only way this makes sense is if the data is actually crowdsourced, which is exactly what Apple claims.
So I see little reason to disbelieve today's statements. (Unless you are inclined towards conspiracy theories, which an unfortunately high % of our population seem to be.)

thanks for continuing to screw us 3gS owners over Apple...
My phone is on its last leg, dropping calls all of the time, have to charge it 3 times a day. If I had known this, I would have already bought a 4...
Yeah, my 3gs is slowly dying a similar death. The battery is dying. My guess is the other problems I have (spontaneous shutdown under certain conditions) are related to the battery since they seem to happen with > ~40% remaining.
I really don't think I can make it until September with this phone since I already can't alwaysy get a full day's use out of it without recharging and the battery seems to get worse daily. I'm not a heavy user either.
Been curious about Andriod for a while now... hm...

It's pretty darn sexy. I'm loving it so far!!
But....is there really no way to lock portrait viewing so it doesn't go into landscape mode every time you turn it? If so...boo!!

Absolutely essential : Carbon Copy Cloner (http://www.bombich.com/software/ccc.html). Again, absolutely essential software.
Mike Bombich has made it donation-ware, which means it runs with all features but you're welcome to send him a donation if you find the tool useful.
I know I have.
Best,

Coconut Battery says it has a full charge (5020 or something), but the battery only lasts around 3-4 hours. Is this typical? It's got around 950 cycles.
