I have always used my iphone 4 with the supplied USB cable. Yesterday when I plugged it i I got the yellow triangle symobol & the message
"charging is not supported with this accessory".
I have tried all the USB connections on my PC and still the same message.
Any help would be appreciated.

Adium, Netnewswire lite, Romeo, KTA Tennis, Mactracker, Poisoned, Skype, VLC, MPlayer...
MS Office :D (oops)
It would be useful (this is not addressed just to you, Amigo) if instead of just listing a bunch of programs you gave a quick description of what each program does, like AL did in his original post. Links would be helpful, as well.

.Mac is a load of old BALLS!!! It's absolutely ridiculously. We're paying 99 in Europe really for Mail, iWeb was only added recently, but you have to buy iLife '06 to use it. iChat is free? No it's not! Guess what? You have to pay 99, cause you need .Mac to use iChat. The whole thing is a joke! Way to respect your loyal fans Apple.
/joke..
u don't need .Mac to use iChat. you can use iChat with AIM account. and I keep hearing this rumor that MSN and Yahoo account might be added.

That's only 1,258,291.2 gigabytes ... If each customer gets, say, 500 megabytes allocated, that's enough for 2,516,582 customers.
To be safe more like enough for 2.5 million customers @ 500 megabytes (which isn't very high, I would hope for more like 5000 megabytes/5 gigabytes, but then that's only enough for like 251,658 customers).
Point is, they better have another 10+ Pb along the way ...
Have you ever heard of deduplication?

Did you make sure "repeat" is off? That would make it play the same song, over...and over...and over.

mmmm doesn't like streaming from tvcatchup.com
new frame twice a second but sound is ok. Vid card is radeon 9000 with 64mb.
Is that the issue or the paltry 512mb ram?
My guess is RAM is your biggest issue. I run 1GB in the system in my sig, and while that is adequate in OSX Tiger you're best off maxing the memory.
As for video cards, the Radeon 9000 is probably OK if you're not gaming, but if you are or if you want to take advantage of Core Image functionas then you need something better from this list (http://guides.macrumors.com/Core_Image#Supported_graphics_cards).
The Radeon 9800 Pro is the default choice for this machine based on performance, availability and cost. If you can find one of the rare OEM Radeon 9700 Pros you'll get a small performance boost. Plus, there are plenty of PC cards out there you can flash (I am running a GeForce 6800GT in my Digital Audio G4). Good luck.
I don't know if this has been mentioned before, or if you're already aware, but G4s can't really handle HD video playback, no matter how many upgrades you install. 480p is fine obviously, but even the fastest G4s fail to deal with 720p video. The G4 CPU simply doesn't have the oomph. Just something to consider.

I guess we'll just have to find out in June. Maybe not at WWDC, but who says there won't be a hardware announcement at some point immediately following WWDC? Either way, I'm fine with my iP4....that is until iP5 is available :D

I'm not as much of a fan of them as everybody else that likes them, but I mean, I still listen to them every-so-often.
My friend likes them a lot though, and I can basically name off part of his iTunes for you if you'd like other stuff he likes:
Porcupine Tree
System of a Down
Radiohead
Muse
Audioslave
Arctic Monkeys
The Killers
Kings of Leon
Lifehouse
Linkin Park
Green Day
Okay, I'm tired of listing/remembering.

Is it crazy that I'm considering a $500 iPad, $100 joystick, and $15 game just to get this?

Yeah I had my computer shut down for the weekend but it's back up and running right now. I lost out on over 100K+ :(.
I might build another computer as I have a i7 920 laying around and maybe I can run another bigadv client. I'm also looking to purchase a home soon so I may be in a out a bit while I get re-situated into my new place. I also can't be spending too much on computer goodies :D
glad you are back up!
might as well put that 920 to use!
good luck with the home buy! i know how that can be! (i just bought one exactly 1 month ago!)
yeah i can't be spending too much either ;)

The whole notion that Europeans drive smaller cars because their streets are narrow is partially myth. Don't forget - Europe has modern cities with divided highways too, just like the US does. It is true that many cities and towns in Europe are more compact because of their age (Americans who live in certain parts of Boston or Philadelphia will be familiar with what 17th century streets look like). But the smaller size of cars in Europe is more closely related to the austerity of the post-WWII years setting a satandard of smaller cars, fuel prices being higher, and higher taxes for larger cars.
Truthfully, this is probably the biggest reason. We Americans have been spoiled by decades of cheap gas and cheap cars.

These days not having any kind of native AVCHD support really slows you down (and uses up a lot of storage space) particularly considering the DSLR-hype since 2009!
Well to be fair, the camera manufacturers are twats for recording to a delivery codec in the first place

Wow just completed my first bigadv for an unbelievable 70,046 points. I can't even run fah all the time either, otherwise it would have been even higher (it causes a rubber banding effect in some games where they battle for cpu cycles).
nice! what speed are you running at now? still 4.4 ghz?
